Role.so takes this proven, traditional approach and adds a modern spin to it by transforming these candidate information packs into personalised landing pages, thus making the experience more interactive and engaging, which results in more engaged and better qualified candidates.

Can I use Role.so for something other than recruiting?

Yes! While Role.so is built with recruitment in mind, it also works great as a landing page builder or a general lead magnet. Since everything is customisable, you can tweak it to fit other needs too!

Where is the applicant data sent to?

By default, interested candidates are displayed in your applicants dashboard.

You can also configure a custom link for the "I'm interested" call-to-action such as redirect to Calendly, Workable, Greenhouse or any other ATS system. In this case candidate information won't be saved on our platform.

If you are subscribed to the "Growth" or "Scale" plan, you'll have the option to automatically send any applicant data directly to your inbox (plus any additional recipients based on your plan*apos;s allowance), or to send these details to any platform that supports Webhooks.

How long does the trial last?

Do I have to use a credit card to start the trial?

Applicant data is stored on GDPR, PECR, CCPA compliant servers. We do not share any data with third parties vendors. The analytics software we use to power our metrics dashboard is fully GDPR, PECR, CCPA compliant.
